Biography

Soirsce Kastner Began taking adult-level painting and drawing classes at the Peninsula Art School in Fish Creek, WI at the age of 11. A home-schooled student, she was fortunate to have the opportunity to enroll in a formal studio program at the Kewaunee Academy of Fine Art in 2005, where she attended until 2008. There, she lived and worked as a full-time art student, focused on representational painting and drawing under the direction of Craig Blietz. Soirsce currently lives and paints in Sister Bay, WI. Starting in 2008 she spent time living and painting in Shanghai, China where she meet and married her husband Zheng Ping Wu.
